Red Peony Chanhua Hairpin

The peony has long been read as a symbol of beauty, honor, and abundance. This design uses wrapped silk thread to build petal volume while keeping the structure light and wearable.

Silk or rayon embroidery thread over wire; alloy pin; glass pearl center; fine metal stamen elements. Approx. floral head 7–9 cm; pin length 8–11 cm.

Gift-ready packaging with a rigid paper box, black velvet or soft fabric insert, and protective inner wrapping to keep the floral form in place during transit. Include a small craft card and care card.

Keep dry and store flat in the gift box after use. Avoid water, perfume, hairspray, heavy pressure, pulling, or long exposure to direct sunlight. Gently dust with a soft dry brush. Handle by the pin or metal base rather than by the petals.
